NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang predicts AI infrastructure will become a trillion-dollar industry, highlighting the role of AI factories and NVIDIA’s innovations at COMPUTEX 2025.

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang recently took to the stage at the Taipei Music Center during COMPUTEX 2025, presenting a sweeping vision for a future where artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure becomes a trillion-dollar industry. Huang’s address captivated over 4,000 attendees, predicting a technological revolution akin to the impact of electricity and the internet.

AI as the New Infrastructure

Huang emphasized AI’s evolution into a crucial infrastructure component, necessitating the establishment of ‘factories’ akin to those in traditional industries. These AI factories, according to Huang, are the next generation of data centers, producing valuable outputs referred to as tokens. This transformation underscores the significant role AI will play in driving future technological advancements.

Expanding the AI Ecosystem

The NVIDIA CUDA-X platform was highlighted as a pivotal tool in this ecosystem, with widespread adoption across various industries. Huang showcased NVIDIA’s contributions to building 6G networks using AI and accelerating quantum supercomputing. He also detailed NVIDIA’s innovations, including Grace Blackwell NVL72 systems and advanced networking technologies, which are crucial for meeting growing computational demands.

Strategic Partnerships and Innovations

Huang announced NVIDIA’s ongoing collaboration with Foxconn and the Taiwan government to construct an AI factory supercomputer, enhancing Taiwan’s global technological standing. Moreover, NVIDIA introduced NVLink Fusion, a new architecture enabling hyperscalers to create semi-custom compute solutions, thereby addressing traditional data center bottlenecks.

Driving AI Development

With a focus on fostering AI development, NVIDIA unveiled several new products. The DGX Spark and DGX Station aim to provide developers with powerful AI supercomputers. Meanwhile, NVIDIA RTX PRO Servers offer enterprise solutions for agentic AI, supporting a range of applications from design to business operations.

Physical AI and Robotics

Huang discussed the potential of ‘Physical AI’—AI systems capable of perceiving and interacting with the world. NVIDIA is advancing this frontier by partnering with DeepMind and Disney to develop Newton, a physics training engine for robotics. This initiative aims to accelerate the development of humanoid robots and optimize industrial processes through digital twin technology.

NVIDIA’s Global Impact

In a dramatic conclusion, Huang announced NVIDIA Constellation, a new office in Taiwan, symbolizing NVIDIA’s expanding global footprint. He praised the transformative work of Taiwanese companies and emphasized the extraordinary opportunities within the AI industry.

Huang’s vision at COMPUTEX 2025 sets a bold agenda for NVIDIA and the broader tech industry, positioning AI as a cornerstone of future infrastructure and economic growth.
