- Moonstone Research published a ‘Postmortem of Monero CCS Hack: A Transaction Graph Analysis’ report (13)
- XMRig version 6.21.0 was released (14)
- Haveno v0.0.14 was released with various fixes and improvements (15)

Funding
- MoneroKon abandoned the CCS for a self-hosted crowdfunding solution (24)
- selsta submitted a CCS proposal for 3 more months of part-time Monero dev work until the end of January 2024 (25)
- hinto-janai submitted a CCS proposal to start working full-time on ‘Cuprate’ for 3 months (26)
